Community Grants Program application process
Make sure you are eligible to apply for funding. Read the Community Grant Application Guidelines.
Submit your EOI (Expression of Interest) online by the closing date.
Selected EOIs will then be invited to submit a full online application.

2025 Grant Application Key Dates
| EOI submissions open | 1 July 2025 |
| EOI submissions close | 31 July 2025, 5:00pm AEST |
| Applicants notified of the outcome of their EOI, with successful applicants invited to submit a full application via SmartyGrants |
15 September 2025 |
| Stage 2 applications due | 6 October 2025, 5:00pm AEDT |
| Successful applicants notified | 17 November 2025 |
| Funds dispersed | 3 December 2025 |
| Acquittal reports due | No later than 3 months post the project finish date stated in your application. |
