The Sisters of Charity Foundation relies on the generous support of its donors to carry out its work. By making a donation you will help us to provide hope and assistance to those who are in need, marginalised and isolated in our community.
Successful applicants are required to report on the outcomes of their project/program by completing a Final Acquittal Report. The report is designed to help us understand the challenges, triumphs and insights you experienced and gained while running your funded project/program.
Upon completion of your project/program, instructions for how to complete the Final Acquittal Report in SmartyGrants will be emailed to you. Failure to submit the form by the date stipulated in your funding agreement may mean you are no longer eligible to apply for further grants from the Sisters of Charity Foundation.
Completing the report should be overseen by someone with an intimate knowledge of the funded project/program.
The Sisters of Charity Foundation acknowledges the Traditional Owners of this land, the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.
